He also manages the SPF Foods Restaurant LLC along with his partners, which owns and operates the restaurant chain “The Monk”, a group of far eastern cuisine restaurants. The Monk is a homegrown concept that started in 2013 in Dubai and has expanded to three operating outlets in the city so far.
