What exactly is a Golden Visa?

Foreign investors engaging in real estate or public investments are collaboratively awarded a golden residence permit, offering a 10-year duration that can be extended under identical conditions.

The Golden Visa scheme has recently undergone notable amendments aimed at streamlining the eligibility criteria. These changes bring significant simplifications to the process.

Specifically, these amendments introduce expanded eligibility criteria for the Golden Visa in the UAE, with a focus on certain Emirates.
